Critical Not Judging

Being critical not necessarily is judging, depends on intention either is comparable. Being critical is the ego to correct a statement beyond your stand and beliefs whilst judging is to instantly condemn and pouring lump sum negativity. When critical is to propose change, judging is none. As per situation, being crititical to a presumed idiot meant to induce new input so to realign the behaviour or ideas but not punishing. This differ a judging because judgemental remarks is purely to put the person referred as totally guilty without permitting any chances to divert.
